Go On – Encourage Someone Today

March 2, 2009 | By

Many people need a bit of help to make the most of themselves – heck, I reckon everyone does!

So, as one of a series of tiny activities that anyone can make (and if you are a manager, there’s even more incentive), I’d like to suggest that you take a moment to support someone’s growth today.

By encouraging someone to try something new; take a risk or tow; maybe ‘just do it’ even, you can trigger the start of something that is perhaps even life-changing.

When we encourage others, we just don’t know what they will do. If we are positive, supporting and encouraging, it can often help them take that one step they’ve been prevaricating over.

And you can do this, maybe just once, today.
