Martin Haworth has been leading the development of Coach Train Learn for over 8 years.
An International Coach Federation accredited coach, Martin regularly shares his management experience and expertise in one-to-one coaching and the extensive training workshops and he delivers.
From a management background stretching back over 25 years, Martin has a wide experience of managing people, leading many teams in size from 6 to over 300.
As a CoachU graduate and with a Diploma in Performance Coaching from Newcastle College, Martin is naturally capable of getting the best from individuals, with a particular expertise in building exceptional business relationships.

There’s more. Martin now has significant experience as a coach-trainer for CoachU, the world’s largest coach training school, based in the USA.
Many programs are delivered by Martin himself and from time to time, carefully selected trainers and coaches are brought in to collaborate on larger contracts. He is also delighted to be associated with TNM Coaching.
