Shopping at John lewis has always been a bit of a flashback to the past, however upmarket their newest stores.

In a step back in time to the days where customer service really meant that there were people looking out to help you, the experience can be surreal when you try to shop there.

Employees seem keen to help. They want to be happy and welcoming. Their results mean that the good old-fashioned standards of customer service really do create results.

Now, all we need to do is to get all the other service led organizations that are out there to follow their lead.
